Tacacho

Ingredients

Green Plantain

Salt 

Pork skins (½ pound)

Chopped onion (2 tablespoons)

Preparation

Cook the green plantains for 20 minutes, then crush and season with salt and salsina. Add two spoonfuls of butter (concho) that are obtained from the frying of the onion and the pork skin. After kneading, several balls the size of a tennis ball are made and greaves are added.

The tacacho is served with coffee, preferably black and well loaded.
